Master of Business Administration

TMIMS offers a Two Years Full-Time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with Gujarat Technological University (GTU), Ahmedabad. The institute provides Master’s specialization in Marketing, Finance, and Human Resource Management. It also offers a certificate course in Port and Shipping Management.

The program encompasses five mutually supportive learning segments, including Classroom/Online Learning, Course Projects, Summer Internship Projects, Multidisciplinary Action Project (MAP), and Comprehensive Projects (CP). The pedagogy emphasizes interactive teaching methods, involving lectures, case studies, video films, and industry visits to facilitate active participation and practical learning. Students engage in short-duration Course Projects, visiting organizations, observing operations, and interacting with executives to apply theoretical concepts in real-life settings. The six-week Summer Internship Project allows students to apply management concepts in practical scenarios and devise innovative solutions for organizational challenges. The Multidisciplinary Action Project enables students to solve real-world business problems by applying multidisciplinary concepts. Lastly, the Comprehensive Project requires students to demonstrate their specialized expertise through extensive professional work, either in collaboration with an organization or independently. TMIMS's MBA program provides a comprehensive and practical learning experience, equipping students with the skills and knowledge for success in the business world.

About Certificate Course in Maritime Management

Gujarat is strategically located with 1600 KM of coastline, the longest among the maritime states in India, Gujarat is nearest maritime outlet to Middle East, Africa and Europe with highest number of commercial cargo ports. The region of Kutch which is home to India’s largest Major Port – Kandla Port, largest Minor Port- Adani Ports & SEZ, Mundra and also one of the country’s PPP Model Port – Tuna Port. There is huge gap of demand and supply when it comes to efficient and skilled manpower in this sector.
